Well Good Pakcage

In addition to your basic pay – which we’ll always be upfront and clear about – 100% of tips go straight to the people who work in our bars, including everyone who works in the kitchen. Payday is every 4 weeks, meaning you’ve got the reliability of regular income and there’s no worries about ‘long months’.

We give everyone reasonable hours, and flexibility wherever we can, plus 2 slices of our New York Pizza whenever you’re on shift.

Time off is important: you’ll have 28 days to take across the year, and we’re closed for the Christmas period so you can celebrate the festive season however you see fit.

If you’re working late, we’ll pay 50% of your taxi fare home.

You’ll receive Nell’s gift cards on your birthday & at Christmas, as well as 50% off all food and 25% all drinks whenever you bring your family and friends to a Nell’s.
