WE’VE DONE IT AGAIN!

Last year, we officially entered the list of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work as the only Manchester based hospitality business in the medium-sized category, and this year we have done it again! This time alongside other incredible Manchester businesses that we are so happy to see joining the list. This year has been a big one for us, we’ve introduced enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and personal progression plans for all managers that work with us.

This feels like a big deal for us as a family run, Northern team. It’s only been possible due to the amazing bunch of people we’re proud to work alongside. As always, we believe that a happy team is the only way to have happy customers and in turn, a happy business. 

We aim to invest in our teams and create a fulfilling and rewarding place to work and this award recognises the work we’ve done so far and our commitment to continue to push to be the best we can be!
