We continue raising funds for The Christie Charity

We’re slowly making it to the half-year mark, so we’re looking back on what we’ve achieved so far for our charity partner of the year, The Christie Charity. 

Every year, Nell’s Pizza chooses a different local charity to partner with. This year, we’re joining our efforts to raise funds for The Christie, who not only provide world-class cancer care but is also a charity very close to our hearts.

Our team has been getting involved in all sorts of activities to help raise funds and awareness. From participating in sports events like the Great Manchester Run to taking part in our monthly on-site events. On top of that, every time you lovely lot order a Magic Number, one of our most popular vegetarian pizzas, £1 is added to the fund.

So… how are we doing?

As of the end of May, we have raised a total of £7,531 of our £25,000 target for 2025. A long way to go still, but we have plenty of exciting plans for the remainder of the year.

So far, we have raised £3,721 from all of you who have enjoyed a Magic Number. A whooping £3,411 was raised by our teams who ran The Great Manchester Run, and you have been amazing at supporting our initiative; through direct on-site and event-generated donations, we have achieved £349. This is just the beginning.

What’s to come?

Our famous annual Nell’s Pizza raffle is taking shape in the background. Expect incredible prizes (including lots of Nell’s pizza, of course!).
