Pre-gig rituals for CO-OP Live at Nell’s
Manchester is the city of music, and with so many great venues for live music, a night out in Manchester really is like no other. Ever since the doors to the CO-OP Live Arena opened Manchest has welcomed some of the world’s top artists. So far this year we’ve been to see Raye & Olivia Dean and we’ve got our sights set on Kings of Leon later this year. Luckily, we’re in prime location in Manchester city centre for pre-gig food and drinks, and we can get to Co-op Live from Nell’s Kampus in 20 minutes flat.

How to walk to Co-op Live from Nell’s Kampus
On the rare occasion it’s not raining, and we know the tram can be chaos before a gig, walk to Co-op Live and take a slice for the road. It’s about a 30 minute walk, give or take, and the ‘Citylink’ Walking Route features a trail of art to follow along the way. Taking you from Nell’s Kampus near Piccadilly, up through Ancoats, into New Islington and to Holt Town. Our personal favourite is the Hive Tunnel but you’ll notice something new each time you walk past – the perfect excuse to book those gig tickets!
