You heard it here first. Two of Manchester’s best-loved (if we don’t say so ourselves) casual dining spots in the city have finally united for a dreamy collaboration. With menu remixes featuring the best flavours from New York Pizza & Indian Street food available at all Nell’s & Bundobusts MCR venues until 23rd Feb.
Vada Pav’za – (v) 14” or 22” pies
We took Bundobust’s Vada Pav and put it on a pizza. Mozzarella and vodka sauce topped with Bundo’s spiced potato vadas, green chutney, and a mustard seed & curry leaf tarka.
Pistachio & Cardamom Ice Cream Sandwich (WHEAT, MILK, SOYA, NUTS)
Our collab with Bundobust. Gulab Jamun ice cream with pistachio ganache sandwiched between two cardamom & pistachio disks of cookie dough.
Bundobust Brewery x Nell’s – American Lagerbier – 4.0%
An Amber Lagerbier with a distinctive New Yoik accent. Toasty and malty but refreshing – brewed with deep caramel malts and Willamette hops. Perfect for pizza or paratha. Brewed down the road at Bundobust Brewery on Manchester’s Oxford Road. / Brewed with our friends at Nell’s Pizza.
